Hoppers Crossing Sports Club is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Attendants to join our Gaming, Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy working in a fast‐paced, people‐focused setting and want to be part of a friendly, community‐based Club, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Delivering exceptional customer service across gaming, bar, bistro and café areas
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)
n
Cash handling and POS operation
n
Bar and table service
n
Food handling and service
n
Maintaining the Club's presentation and service standards
n
n
Licensing & Experience
n
RSA and RSG (Victoria) are essential, or a willingness to obtain them. Experience in hospitality, gaming or customer service is highly regarded.

Previous hospitality or gaming experience preferred

Availability across weekends and evenings

We support work/life balance and aim to provide each team member with at least one weekend off per month.

Presentation Expectations
n
