Long-term Defence opportunity based in Adelaide

Contract until 30 June **** with a 12 month extension

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced PMO Governance & Assurance Manager to support the effective governance and oversight of a complex portfolio of programs and projects. You will drive governance, planning, reporting, assurance and continuous improvement across a high-profile Defence environment.
n
The successful PMO Governance & Assurance Manager will be based in Adelaide, supporting portfolio-level governance, reporting and delivery activities across multiple concurrent programs and projects.
n
The successful PMO Governance & Assurance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
n
n
Managing PMO governance frameworks, standards and reporting processes.
n
Coordinating governance forums, stage gates and portfolio assurance activities.
n
Monitoring and reporting risks, issues, dependencies and portfolio performance.
n
Developing executive dashboards,



reporting packs and governance artefacts.
n
n
The successful PMO Governance & Assurance Manager will have experience in the following:
n
n
PMO management, portfolio governance and project assurance.
n
Executive reporting, dashboards and portfolio performance monitoring.
n
Risk, issue, dependency and change control governance.
n
Program/project frameworks, standards and continuous improvement.
n
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience supporting complex portfolios and multidisciplinary delivery teams will be essential and Defence industry experience is highly regarded.
