What you'll be doing
n As the After Hours Ward Clerk, you will provide essential frontline administrative support to inpatient services, ensuring smooth ward operations during evenings and nights.
n
Deliver high-quality customer service across phone, email & in-person
n
Maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems
n




Support clinicians to enable safe, effective patient care
n
Manage competing priorities in a busy after-hours setting
n
Work independently while building effective staff relationships
