Timber, Hardware & Building Products Trade Counter Salesperson Williams Group Australia, a proud, locally owned family business, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in our Ballina store as a Timber, Hardware & Building Products Trade Counter Salesperson.
About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the business, with potential to transition into a full-time role.
As a Trade Counter Salesperson, you will be responsible for:
Providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers.
Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
Processing sales transactions efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked trade counter.
Offering advice and solutions for timber, hardware, and building product needs.
Supporting team members with general store duties as required.
What We're Looking For




A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
Previous experience in timber, hardware, or building products (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
