Our client is a global equity investment manager.

They are seeking a Fund Operations Associate to support operations across the manager's funds domiciled in multiple jurisdictions, including Australia and offshore markets. This role is full time and based in a Sydney CBD office. You will be working alongside the Fund Operations Manager and Head of Operations and Finance, playing a key role in supporting business-critical activities.

Role responsibilities include:

Fund Operations
Unit registry oversight
Monthly reporting to investors, consultants, platforms and research houses
Management fee reviews and rebate administration
Daily market monitoring and disclosures
Wholesale certificate register updates
Driving process and risk improvements across the fund operations functions




Support year-end process and regulatory reporting
Maintenance of policy and procedures
Preparation of monthly reports for distribution to investors
Maintenance of the website with updated fund information
Preparing competitor analysis reports

Key skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
Experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations is desirable but not essential
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in working with AI tools
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in fund operations
