Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients,



providing advice and tailored insurance solutions whilst supporting the Branch Manager with their larger clients
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction levels
Support the senior broker with complex queries and emerging opportunities
Prepare and present renewal and new business quotes, quality control and compliance
Assist in junior team mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
Ideally 2–4 years of commercial insurance broking experience
Tier 1 Qualification
Familiarity with SME clients preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple clients independently
Committed to studying towards your Diploma, with business support for ongoing education
Enjoy working in a team-oriented team environment
