BROOK Recruitment is growing and we’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people and identifying exceptional talent.

Based in our South Yarra office, this role focuses on building relationships with talented professionals and supporting our consultants by identifying outstanding candidates for our clients.

BROOK works with businesses across Melbourne and nationally , so this role offers exposure to both local and national searches.

The Role
Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates
Conduct candidate interviews and screening
Build and maintain robust candidate relationships
Support consultants with talent pipelines and shortlists
Maintain and organise our CRM database
Engage with candidates through LinkedIn,



referrals and networking
Support candidates throughout the recruitment process

About You

You may come from recruitment, HR, talent acquisition or another people-focused role. Most importantly, you enjoy connecting with people and identifying outstanding talent.

You are:
A natural relationship builder
Organised and proactive
Curious about people and career journeys
Comfortable using LinkedIn and CRM systems
Interested in building a long-term career in recruitment
