Located in a prime position on Queensland’s spectacular Gold Coast, GCCM is Australia’s most comprehensive and award‑winning shipyard facility. With more than 90 leading marine businesses on site, the precinct delivers unmatched convenience, competitive solutions, and consistently high‑quality workmanship.

About the Role

You will support the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the marina, including:
Assisting members and guests with berthing, casting off and marina services
Supporting vessel arrivals and departures
Assisting customers at the fuel dock
Carrying out dock walks and basic marina maintenance
Maintaining marina facilities to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
Completing meter reads and other marina operational tasks
Working closely with the Member & Guest Services team
Following all safety and environmental procedures.

The Ideal Person We Seek Would Have:
Solid customer service and communication skills
A practical, hands‑on attitude




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
An interest or experience in boating, marinas or the marine industry
Positive safety awareness
Availability to work weekends and rotating rosters

A Boat Licence, BIA Marine Card or First Aid would be advantageous.
