Engineering Trades Australia are currently seeking experienced Boilermakers, Mechanical Fitters and Riggers for upcoming shutdown and maintenance works across multiple coal mining operations throughout the Bowen Basin .
We are currently seeking Boilermakers, Mechanical Fitters and Riggers for works commencing in October , across BMA sites including Saraji, Goonyella and Blackwater .
We also have further shutdown and maintenance prospects with leading mining contractors and principal clients, with projects commencing throughout the coming months.
BMA Core / Peak Downs induction highly desirable.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven mining, shutdown or maintenance experience
Standard 11 (S11)
Current Coal Board Medical
Relevant Trade Qualification or High Risk Licence
Working at Heights & Confined Space Entry highly desirable
Robust commitment to safety and site procedures
Ability to work long shifts in a shutdown workplace
BMA Core / Peak Downs induction highly desirable
WHAT'S ON OFFER
Boilermakers: $62.64/hr casual
Mechanical Fitters: $62.64/hr casual
Riggers: $55/hr casual , depending on experience and tickets
October starts
Work across BMA Saraji, Goonyella and Blackwater
Camp accommodation and meals provided where applicable
DIDO & FIFO opportunities
Multiple shutdown and maintenance projects
Potential for ongoing work across future projects
