Joe Rascal is seeking a Service Manager to lead two Service Departments across Dandenong and Ringwood, based at Dandenong with regular travel to Ringwood. Take hands-on responsibility in the Service Advisor function while guiding the team to high standards and solid performance.

You will balance leading the business with direct customer engagement, drive labour sales and gross profit, monitor KPIs and ensure warranty and manufacturer standards are met.
