THE ROLE
This isn't your traditional portfolio management position. You'll float across the Property Management team, providing additional support wherever it's needed.
Your day could include:
Providing relief portfolio coverage
General Property Management
Leasing support
Assisting the BDM team




Administration and overflow support
Stepping in when team members are on leave or need additional assistance
Working across PropertyMe
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who:
Has strong all-round Property Management knowledge
Can confidently step into different situations and hit the ground running
Is organised, adaptable and happy to help wherever needed
Enjoys being part of a larger, collaborative team
Still enjoys Property Management but may be ready to move away from carrying their own portfolio
This could be perfect if you're an experienced PM wanting
school hours, fewer days, more flexibility or simply less portfolio pressure
without leaving the industry you've built your career in.
