About the role
n
This is a hands on outdoor position working on rural fencing and agricultural contracting projects across North Central Victoria.
n
Duties may include:
n
n
Rural fencing installation, repairs and maintenance
n
Posts, wire, gates and stays
n
Timber post and rail fencing
n
Welding and fabrication
n
Using hand and power tools
n
Spraying
n
Occasional livestock and mustering work
n
n
No fencing or agricultural experience is required. We're happy to train the right person. Reliability,



a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.

We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has valid Australian work rights
n
Is reliable, punctual and motivated
n
Is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
n
Is willing to learn and work safely
n
Works well in a small team
n
Holds a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
n
Experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, farming, welding or other hands-on trades is advantageous but not essential.
