We are looking for a reliable and motivated
Production Operator
to join our Production & Warehouse team.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role suited to someone who takes pride in producing quality work, enjoys being part of a team and is always looking for better and more efficient ways of doing things.
About the role
As a Production Operator, you will be involved in the day-to-day manufacture of our products, safely operating production machinery and equipment while ensuring our quality, safety and productivity standards are consistently achieved.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Manufacturing products to required specifications and quality standards
Performing routine quality checks and identifying defects or inconsistencies
Following production schedules and working towards production targets
Identifying and troubleshooting production or equipment issues
Accurately recording production and quality information
Performing manual handling tasks using secure work practices
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
Following and contributing to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality and efficiency
Working collaboratively with the wider Production & Warehouse team
About you




We are looking for someone who is
reliable, practical and willing to learn
. Previous manufacturing or production experience would be beneficial, but just as importantly, we value someone with the right attitude who takes pride in their work.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, construction, trades or another hands-on environment
A strong focus on workplace safety and product quality
Good attention to detail
The ability to follow procedures and instructions
Good problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A willingness to learn new equipment, products and processes
A positive attitude towards continuous improvement
The ability to safely perform the manual handling requirements of the role
