XPACE Design Group is looking for an Interior Designer / Interior Architect
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Develop and interpret design concepts that align with company vision and client objectives
n
Undertake design projects from concept to completion
n
Prepare professional, high-quality presentations for clients
n
Produce working drawings, schedules, check shop drawings and ensure implementation of design intent
n
Support site installation and styling
n
Source materials, finishes, fixtures, fittings and furniture that align with the project brief
n
Work closely with consultants, suppliers, craftsmen and builders
n
Manage multiple projects and deadlines
n
n
About you
n
n
Minimum 7+ years post graduate experience
n
Strong interest in luxury high end residential / mixed use projects
n
CAD skills (VW + Sketchup) important but not essential
n
High attention to detail
n
Capable of working across multiple projects
n
Able to explore ideas while working with director, designers and architects
n
Cooperative with ability to take direction
n
