Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, you will lead a team, manage operations, and work collaboratively with all Health Service Department Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities
As the Hotel Services Manager, you will oversee a high-quality range of support services, including catering, housekeeping, and laundry.
You will also be responsible for preparing reports and correspondence, developing and reviewing policies and procedures, and managing projects and change initiatives that improve service efficiency and quality.
What you need
Proven experience in team leadership, customer service, and working with stakeholders.
Skilled in preparing reports, briefings, and correspondence.
Experienced in developing, reviewing, and implementing systems, policies, and procedures.
