Job Description
YMCA Victoria in Newstead is seeking an operations (lifeguard) team leader to oversee day-to-day pool operations, recruit and train staff, and schedule shifts.

You will support plant room operations, ensure aquatic safety protocols, manage incident reporting, and contribute to monthly reporting and invoicing.

This is a part-time role with an hourly rate up to $***** plus super, offering flexible schedule and opportunities to develop leadership within a community-focused organisation.
