As a Warehouse Pick Packer, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operation. Depending on the area you are assigned to, your responsibilities may include picking, packing, replenishment, bulk shipping, and general warehouse tasks.

Location: Tottenham, VIC
n Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
n Pay Rate: $***** per hour + super
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
n
Replenishing shelves and ensuring stock is available for picking.
n
Packing orders and preparing them for dispatch.
n
Processing orders using the company's computer system.
n
Using RF scanners to pick, scan, and process stock.
n
Preparing bulk orders for shipment.
n
Moving stock and trolleys safely around the warehouse.
n
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area.
n
Following warehouse procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
n
Supporting other warehouse tasks as required.
n
n
KPI – Depending on the area you'll be assigned to




n
n
Packstation: 160 orders per day
n
Picking: 100 orders per hour
n
Bulkship: 200 orders per day
n
Refill: 6 trolleys loaded per hour
n
n
You will be expected to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safe working practices.
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous pick-packing or warehouse experience.
n
Experience using RF scanners.
n
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
n
The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
n
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual warehouse duties.
n
A reliable and hardworking attitude.
n
The ability to follow instructions and warehouse procedures.
n
Your own reliable car and a valid driver's licence.
n
Flexibility and availability to work on an on-call basis.
