We are seeking a reliable and compassionate female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Seaford and provide person-centred support to a participant in their home and community.
n
Available Shifts
n
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
n
n
Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (3 hours)
n
Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 hours)
n
Total: 6 hours per day
n
n
Tuesday
n
n
Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (3 hours)
n
Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM (3 hours)
n
Total: 6 hours
n
n
Passive Sleepover – IMPORTANT
n
We are specifically looking for a female support worker who is available and willing to work the Passive Sleepover shift.
n
n
Passive Sleepover: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
n
The sleepover involves remaining at the participant's home overnight and providing assistance if required during the sleepover period, in accordance with the participant's support plan.
n
n




Availability for the Passive Sleepover shift is an important requirement for this role.
n
Key Responsibilities

Providing respectful, person-centred disability support
n
Supporting daily routines and activities
n
Assisting with personal care and household tasks where required
n
Supporting community participation
n
Following the participant's support plan and organisational procedures
n
Completing accurate shift notes and documentation
n
Maintaining a safe, positive and respectful workplace
n
n
About You
n

Reliable, punctual and responsible

Compassionate and patient
n
Comfortable working independently
n
Experienced or interested in working in disability support
n
Available for the listed shifts, including the Passive Sleepover
n
Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support
