Xperience People and Change Solutions – Truganina VIC is partnering with IsAlbi to recruit Team Leaders for the Truganina distribution centre. This hands-on leadership role runs one channel of the operation (inbound, outbound or production) and focuses on daily throughput, quality and safety on the floor.
You will lead a small team on the floor, train staff, maintain inventory records, and liaise with the Operations Manager, suppliers and internal customers.
