Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance.

The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in‐store decisions that positively impact sales performance.

Solid operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation.

Sales & Service – Own whole‐of‐store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences.
n
Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales.
n
Connect and educate our loyal customers on our world‐famous product.
n
Coaching & Leadership – Coach and develop a high‐performance,



fun and energetic culture through hands‐on mentoring and on‐floor leadership.
n
Manage and lead a diverse team to success across various aspects of our stores.
n
Store Operations – Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins, and opportunities.
n
Oversee day‐to‐day store operations – prioritising and delegating duties as needed.
n
Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy.
n
Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
n
Work‐Life Balance: Tuesday to Saturday roster with two consecutive days off every week.
