The Pancake Parlour is looking for a reliable and motivated Full time Cook to join our busy Doncaster restaurant.

Conveniently located just minutes from Westfield Doncaster, our restaurant offers free on-site parking and easy access via the Eastern Freeway, making it an easy commute from Melbourne's eastern and north‐eastern suburbs, including Box Hill, Ringwood, Blackburn, Nunawading and Heidelberg.

What You'll Do
n

Prepare and cook our full range of menu items to our high standards.
n
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen across a variety of shifts.
n
Maintain exceptional food safety, cleanliness and stock rotation standards.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver consistently great food and service.

Help create the high-quality experience our customers have come to expect from The Pancake Parlour.

Who We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy kitchen, takes pride in producing quality food and wants to become a long‐term member of our team.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Previous experience working as a Cook or Chef in a commercial kitchen.
n
The ability to stay calm, organised and work efficiently during busy service periods.
n
Good communication skills and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
n
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
n
Reliable transport to travel to and from work across a rotating roster.
n
n
Availability
n
You'll need to available to work a rotating roster that includes:
n
n
Weekdays and weekends
n
Public holidays
n
A mix of dawn, day and evening shifts
n
n
Full-time shifts are generally 7–8 hours and may include early morning starts and late finishes (for example 5:00pm–12:30/1:00am).
n

Availability during peak trading periods, including Friday and Saturday nights, weekends and public holidays, is required.
