RSR Consulting Brighton College is seeking a suitably qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess nationally recognised vocational qualifications within the Management training stream, including the BSB***** Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning). The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality training delivery, compliant assessment practices, and effective student support in line with the VET Quality Framework, ESOS Act, and RTO Standards.

Task & responsibilities
n
n
Deliver training and assessment in accordance with approved training and assessment strategies and block schedules.
n
Provide leadership and coordination for the allocated management training stream.
n
Contextualise and maintain training and assessment resources to ensure consistency and compliance.
n
Conduct assessments, reassessments, and provide clear, compliant feedback to students.
n
Support students to meet assessment requirements and course progression timelines.
n
Manage and monitor student attendance, participation, and engagement.
n
Maintain accurate training, assessment,



and compliance records.
n
Participate in validation, moderation, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
n
Ensure compliance with the VET Quality Framework, RTO Standards, ESOS Act, and National Code.
n
Collaborate with trainers, compliance staff, and management as required.
n

Qualification & experience
n
n
Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (Community Services, Education, or related field).
n
At least three (3) years of relevant experience delivering or assessing vocational education or adult learning programs.
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent).
n
Sound knowledge of the VET Quality Framework, assessment requirements, and compliance obligations.
n
Strong communication, organisational, and documentation skills.
