We are a family-owned business located in South West Sydney. We've grown fast, our finance team is busy, and we need another set of hands on the collections side.

This is a part time role, 20 hours a week across four days, five hours a day, on site
What you'll actually do n
Take ownership of the assigned ledger and manage the reduction in Aged Debt through standard collection activities.
n
Reduce the Overdue Amount in line with the agreed targets.
n
Making and receiving high volume outbound/inbound calls.
n
Build and establish relationships with customers with rapport and trust.
n
Manage accounts reconciliations.
n
Resolve disputes and escalated complex issues when necessary.
n
Taking payments over the phone.




What we need from you n
n
Two-plus years collections experience in a high volume environment.
n
Genuine attention to detail. Numbers that don't reconcile bug you.
n
Comfortable picking up the phone. A lot of this role is phone work.
n

$40,000 plus super for 20 hrs/week
