Job Description
As Area Sales Manager, you'll be the key driver of regional sales and operations for Robit Australia's Forrestdale, WA branch. You'll work closely with customers and the local team to expand the footprint and deliver exceptional service in the drilling consumables market.

Key responsibilities
n
Develop and grow business for Top Hammer and Down the Hole drilling consumables
n
Conduct regular customer site visits, travel 3 times per week to build and maintain solid relationships
n
Expand customer base through strategic outreach and engagement
n
Manage contracts and negotiations with new and existing clients
n
Coordinate product demonstrations and technical support across the region
n
Deliver a measurable uplift in regional sales across the DTH and Top Hammer product range
n
Identify and convert new, high-value customers in mining and major project sectors
n
Expand revenue from top-tier existing accounts
n
Increase field presence through regular customer site visits and tender opportunities
n
About you
n
Proven experience with drilling consumables
n
Established customer network in the mining or drilling industry (highly desirable)
n




Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills
n
Natural sales hunter who thrives on chasing and closing new business
n
Proven ability to build pipelines and deliver year-on-year growth
n
Skilled in pricing, negotiation, and strategic deal-making
n
Proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong technical background
