About the Role
St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experiencedBiology Teacherto join our Secondary Years team for afull time, contractcommencingTerm ******.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality Biology teaching to students across Years 7-12, creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that support academic growth and a lifelong love of learning. You will contribute to curriculum development, student wellbeing, and the wider College community through collaborative teaching practice and participation in co-curricular activities.

What You Bring
A relevant qualification in Education with teaching subject qualifications in Science preferable.
Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) Registration.
Demonstrated experience teaching Biology in a secondary school setting.
Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment and reporting requirements within a secondary school environment.
Strong classroom management, organisational and time management skills.
Commitment to the College's Christian ethos and values.

Position Description
St Peters Lutheran College (Indooroopilly) is a P-12 coeducational day and boarding college of 2,250 students. The Lower Primary with Years Prep–4 has three classes at each level. The Upper Primary provides a program tailored to meet the needs of students in Years 5–6. St Peters Junior High offers Years 7-9 students a program to support young adolescents. The Senior School provides a program for Years ***** with the International Baccalaureate Diploma offered alongside VET and QSA courses.
