About the Role
St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experiencedMathematics Teacherto join our Secondary Years team for a full time, maximum contract duringTerm ******.
This role will primarily teachSenior General Mathematics, with the ability to teach Mathematical Methods considered desirable.
As part of a professional and collaborative teaching team, you will deliver engaging and well-planned learning experiences that support student achievement, foster a positive learning setting, and contribute to the broader academic and pastoral life of the College. The successful candidate will actively support student wellbeing, participate in co-curricular activities, and uphold the College's commitment to excellence in Christian co-education.

What You Bring
A relevant tertiary qualification in Education with teaching subject qualifications in Mathematics.
Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) Registration.
Demonstrated experience teaching secondary Mathematics, particularly Senior General Mathematics.
Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment and reporting requirements within a secondary school environment.
Strong classroom management, organisational and time management skills.
Commitment to the College's Christian ethos and values.

Position Description
St Peters Lutheran College (Indooroopilly) is a P-12 coeducational day and boarding college of 2,250 students. The Lower Primary with Years Prep–4 has three classes at each level. The Upper Primary provides a program tailored to meet the needs of students in Years 5–6. St Peters Junior High offers Years 7-9 students a program to support young adolescents. The Senior School provides a program for Years ***** with the International Baccalaureate Diploma offered alongside VET and QSA courses.
