Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a significant insourcing program, helping understand, document and improve business processes as key activities transition in-house.

Key Responsibilities

Lead detailed AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping
n
Facilitate workshops with business and operational SMEs
n
Identify process gaps, hand-offs, dependencies and impacts
n
Gather and document business and operational requirements
n
Assess impacts across people, process and systems
n
Support business readiness and transition activities
n
Develop clear process documentation to support the future operating model
n
n
Key Requirements
n
n
Strong Business Analyst experience across transformation or operational change
n




Demonstrated strength in process mapping, modelling and process improvement
n
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Experience with Visio, Signavio, ARIS, BPMN or similar
n
Ability to work hands‐on with operational teams and translate complex processes into explicit documentation
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Utilities or electricity industry experience
n
Insourcing, outsourcing or transition program experience
n
Operating model or organisational transformation experience
n
Experience working across complex operational environments
