About the Role
St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experiencedAdministration Assistantto join outCareers Counsellingteam.
This role provides high-quality administrative, clerical, research, and event support to the Careers Counselling Department, helping students access current and relevant information about post-school pathways, tertiary study, employment, apprenticeships, and training opportunities. Working closely with the Careers Counsellor and VET Coordinator, you will support careers programs, maintain resources and databases, coordinate events and activities, and contribute to the delivery of outstanding careers education across the College.

What You Bring
At least 2 to 5 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within an education or school environment.
Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support while managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Experience maintaining accurate records, databases, and digital information platforms; exposure to Synergetic or similar school management systems will be highly regarded.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,



with the ability to build positive relationships and maintain confidentiality.
Commitment to continuous learning, quality service delivery, and professional accountability.

Position Description
St Peters Lutheran College (Indooroopilly) is a P-12 coeducational day and boarding college of 2,250 students. The Lower Primary with Years Prep–4 has three classes at each level. The Upper Primary provides a program tailored to meet the needs of students in Years 5–6. St Peters Junior High offers Years 7-9 students a program to support young adolescents. The Senior School provides a program for Years ***** with the International Baccalaureate Diploma offered alongside VET and QSA courses.
