Estia Health is seeking a Property Essential Services and Contracts Manager to coordinate and support management of our property assets across NSW. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team on central planning, scheduling and contracting of maintenance, capex, audits and reporting.

You’ll support home-based staff to develop, maintain and improve asset maintenance and compliance, ensure essential services stay compliant with AS , and manage contractor systems.
