About the Opportunity
Opportunity to join a leading professional services firm providing technical support and platform enhancements across theirDynamics 365 CEanddigital marketing ecosystem.
This role focuses on supporting core business applications, configuringCustomer Insights Journeys, maintainingCRM Platform, and driving effectivecampaign deliveryand website integrations across the firm.
Key Criteria
Technical background: Hands-on technical support and administration experience withDynamics 365 CE / CRM.
Marketing Tech expertise: Experience supporting marketing automation tools such asCustomer Insights Journeys,SendGrid, orPoliteMail, combined with strongHTML/CSSskills for digital communications and campaign creation.
CMS & Platform knowledge: Hands-on exposure to headless CMS platforms (e.g.,Storyblok) alongsideSharePoint Onlineand document automation tools likeTemplafy.
Systems Governance: Knowledge of workplace management (Dev/UAT/Prod), API integrations & release processes.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strong stakeholder engagement skills,



and the ability to translate complex business needs into smooth technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Governance:Provide technical support, user enablement, and administration acrossDynamics 365 CE,Power Platform,SharePoint Online, andTemplafyenvironments while maintaining governance, documentation, and change management standards.
Marketing & Campaign Enablement:Design, support, and executeCRM campaigns,customer journeys, responsiveHTML communications, and email template systems usingCustomer Insights Journeysand related digital marketing tooling.
Platform Enhancement & Automation:ConfigurePower Apps, buildPower Automateworkflows, and coordinate system deployments, testing, andMicrosoft Waveupdates acrossDev,UAT, andProductionenvironments.
Integrations & Content Management:Monitor and maintain website integrations, APIs, and connected platforms includingSendGrid,SuccessFactors, andStoryblok CMSpublic website content publishing.
Training & Collaboration:Develop training resources, guide non-technical users on best practices, and collaborate closely with external technology partners to resolve platform issues.
