They are now looking for a dedicated Onsite Property / Building Manager to join their innovative and dynamic lifestyle team.
n
Work onsite at like-new luxury buildings located in inner Brisbane,



situated in a busy precinct close to shops and cafes.
n
The Assignment:
n
n
Work in one of Brisbane's most desired suburbs
n
End to End Management of 70 properties approximately
n
Building Management for 2 x towers side by side
n
Conduct Inspections, Liaise with owners & tenants & build lasting relationships!
n
Easy-going body corporates with great established relationships
n
n
The Successful Candidate:
n
n
Minimum of 2+ years of Property Management experience
n
Experience in Body Corporate
n
QLD Certificate of Registration
n
Strong legislation knowledge
n
High level of attention to detail
n
Strong organisational skills
n
n
