ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Leading Hand Electrician who is ready to take ownership of projects, lead a small team and play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the business.
This is a senior, hands‐on position suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools while also coordinating jobs, communicating with clients and builders, and supporting apprentices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise a small team of electricians and apprentices
Plan and coordinate electrical work across multiple jobs
Communicate professionally with clients, builders and other trades
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Read plans, identify issues and make practical on‐site decisions
Manage materials, job progress and day‐to‐day site requirements
Train and support apprentices and junior team members




Maintain accurate job records and communicate progress with management
ABOUT YOU
Current NSW electrical licence
Solid residential and commercial electrical experience
Previous leadership, supervisory or job‐management experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident dealing directly with clients and builders
Reliable, self‐motivated and capable of working independently
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
A practical, solutions‐focused approach
Current Australian driver licence
