Key responsibilities n

In this customer-focused role, you will provide exceptional service to a diverse range of aquatic centre users, helping them access programs, services and activities that support active and healthy lifestyles.

Working in a fast-paced workplace, you will build positive relationships with customers, respond to enquiries, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone who visits the Inner West Council Aquatic centres.

What you need n
n
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications.
n
Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent industry.
n
Experience in a fast–paced high volume customer service environment.
