Our Government client is looking for a Change Analyst to support a major technology transformation program within a complex, purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of change activities across multiple program streams.
n
Conduct change impact assessments and identify stakeholder readiness, risks and challenges.
n
Develop clear communications, engagement materials and supporting change artefacts.
n
Create training materials and resources to support the adoption of current processes and technologies.
n
Coordinate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities across the organisation.
n

Key Skills and Experience
n
n




3+ years experience working as a Change Analyst
n
Practical knowledge of change management methodologies, ideally Prosci or ADKAR.
n
Strong written communication skills and experience developing content for diverse audiences.
n
Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across multiple organisational levels.
n
Relevant qualifications or certification in change management, human resources or a related discipline.
n
