Duties
Manage estimates and tenders from initial review through to submission
Prepare detailed BOQs, cost plans, scopes and tender documentation
Review drawings and identify tender risks and opportunities
Obtain and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Develop competitive pricing and value engineering solutions




Collaborate with pre-construction and delivery teams on major bids

Skills & Experience
Senior estimating experience with a reputable head contractor
Fitout, refurbishment and/or commercial construction experience
Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related qualification
Proficiency in CostX, Cubit or similar estimating software
