We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
n
n
Welcoming customers and assisting with service bookings, enquiries and vehicle updates.
n
Preparing accurate repair orders and liaising closely with the workshop to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and on time.
n
Keeping customers informed throughout the service process and providing clear, professional updates.
n
Identifying and recommending additional service and repair requirements where appropriate.
n




Building strong, lasting relationships with customers through exceptional communication and service.
n
Delivering a premium and professional customer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
n
Working collaboratively with the Service and Workshop teams to achieve departmental goals.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within an automotive dealership environment.
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
n
Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail.
n
A genuine customer-first approach and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
n
Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
n
Experience with ERA Power.
n
A current and valid driver's licence.
n
Full Australian working rights.
n
