Headlands Hotel, part of the JDA Collective family, is seeking experienced chefs/cooks to join its kitchen in Austinmer, NSW. Roles include permanent and casual positions, with nights and weekends on roster in a up-to-date Australian pub kitchen.
The successful candidates will prepare, cook, and plate top-quality dishes under the Head Chef, handle stock and ordering, and mentor junior staff in a high-turnover venue.
