We are seeking a motivated Vehicle Test Engineer (ADAS) to join our growing Test & Development team. Whether you're an experienced automotive engineer or a recent graduate looking to launch your career, this is an exciting chance to work with advanced vehicle technologies in a hands-on engineering environment.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Test Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning, conducting and analysing vehicle validation testing to support a range of test and development programs. You'll work closely with engineers, technicians and stakeholders to ensure testing is completed safely, accurately and efficiently.
n
Key areas of responsibility include:
n
n
Conducting vehicle validation testing and development activities.
n
Analysing test data and validating test results.
n
Preparing technical reports and performance assessments.
n
Supporting vehicle and test equipment setup, calibration and troubleshooting.
n
Maintaining test scenarios, validation tools and testing documentation.
n
Managing technical issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Ensuring testing activities are conducted safely and in accordance with company procedures.
n
Contributing to the ongoing development of testing methodologies and processes.
n

This role operates across both regular day and rotating afternoon shifts.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science or a related discipline) or equivalent industry experience.
n
Data Analysis and IT Engineering qualifications may also be suitable.
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
High level of attention to detail.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
n
A proactive approach to teamwork and continuous improvement.

Safety-focused mindset.

Full Australian working rights.
n
Experience in automotive engineering, testing or validation.
n
Heavy Rigid or Heavy Combination Licence is desirable.
n
Exposure to ADAS, autonomous systems or vehicle safety technologies.

Vehicle calibration experience.

Data acquisition, reporting and analysis experience.
