A well-established high-end residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver architecturally designed custom homes across Melbourne's Inner Eastern suburbs. This is an opportunity to join a quality-driven builder with a strong and secure pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from slab through to handover
n
Coordinate structural, services and finishing trades
n
Prepare and manage weekly construction programmes
n
Lead trades on site and drive build momentum
n
Attend weekly site meetings and reporting
n
Maintain site safety, toolbox talks and OH&S; compliance
n
Deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Trade qualified (Carpentry essential)
n




Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor for a head contractor, ideally in custom homes.
n
Solid understanding of residential construction and safety systems
n
Ability to lead, problem-solve and keep programmes on track
n
Strong communication skills and a professional approach on site
n
