Your New Role
As the Workplace Coordinator, you'll keep the office running smoothly while delivering a first-class experience for employees and stakeholders. This varied role combines facilities coordination, workplace operations, corporate concierge and administration.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate daily workplace and facilities operations.
Provide premium concierge support to employees and senior stakeholders.
Manage maintenance requests, work orders, contractors and vendors.
Conduct office inspections and ensure spaces are maintained to a high standard.




Process invoices and assist with budget and financial administration.
Support internal events and workplace initiatives.
Assist with WHS/OH&S; compliance and workplace safety.

About You
