Traffic Zone is expanding, and we're looking for qualified, reliable, and experienced Traffic Controllers and Team Leaders to join our team across Victoria.

Applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years of traffic control experience.

About the Role
n
We are seeking Traffic Controllers and experienced Team Leaders to work across various sites throughout Victoria.
n You must be flexible to work day or night shift, willing to travel, and confident working on VicRoads-managed roads.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Set up, manage and pack down traffic management equipment
n
Operate in a range of environments including high-speed zones
n
Work with TMAs, VMS vehicles, and other specialised equipment (for experienced staff)
n




Lead crews and manage on-site safety (Team Leaders)
n
Follow Traffic Management Plans and all safety protocols
n
Maintain a positive, inclusive and professional work environment
n
What You Need
n
Construction White Card
n
RIIWHS302E / RIIWHS205E or TC2 / TMI2 and above
n
Experience on VicRoads roads (highly desirable)
n
Valid driver's license
n
C class (car) driver's license required as minimum license class
n
Reliable transport (required for straight-to-site work)
n
Robust communication skills and a safety-first mindset
n
Willingness to travel and work both day and night shifts
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Highly Desirable
n
Experienced Team Leaders / TMI2+
n
Knowledge across a wide variety of traffic management environments
n
Experience with TMAs and high-speed setups
n
