Your Role:
n
You'll provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring and clinical supervision to the Occupational Therapy team.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supporting clinicians with clinical reasoning and complex cases
n
Providing feedback, supervision and professional development
n
Conducting performance and development reviews
n
Setting goals and supporting team KPIs
n
Supporting clinician wellbeing and performance
n
Assisting with onboarding and training
n
Contributing to service development, clinical governance and quality improvement
n
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
n
Maintaining a predominantly paediatric clinical caseload
n
Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Strong applicants will have prior experience supervising clinicians or Team Lead experience
n
AHPRA registration
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
Drivers licence and own vehicle
n
