The Opportunity
n




As an NSBC Group School Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring a comfortable and secure journey while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Safely operate a bus on designated school routes.
n
Conduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections.
n
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students during transit.
n
Maintain adherence to all road laws, company policies, and operational procedures.
n
Communicate professionally with students, parents, schools, and colleagues.
n
Report incidents, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly.
n
Maintain accurate records as required.
n
Mandatory Requirements:
n
To be considered, applicants must hold:
n
A valid NSW MR Driver's Licence or higher.
n
An NSW Bus Driver Authority Card
n
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
n
Minimum of 1 year of bus or coach driving experience
n
Valid PR or Citizenship or have valid working rights for Australia
n
Know their way around Sydney
n
