Job Description
Dubbo Regional Council is seeking a Part Time Customer Experience Officer (Parental Leave Cover) in Dubbo, NSW.
The role focuses on frontline customer support, handling inquiries, and delivering solutions with empathy across multiple channels.
The position offers a 25-hour week (Mon-Fri, 9:00am–2:00pm) with potential to contribute to improving the customer experience.
Parental leave cover for 12 months, with opportunities to grow within the Customer Experience & Engagement Branch.
