Sydney International Container Terminals – Port Botany NSW is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support one of Australia's key port operations.
You will partner with terminal leaders, manage ER/IR matters and guide safe, compliant employment decisions in a unionised setting.
You will work with Operations, HSEQ and employee representatives, balancing people, risk and business needs while building practical HR capability on site.
