KTL Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer / Clerk to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident communicating with clients. Full training will be provided.

The AR Officer will be essential in supporting our financial operations by managing debtor accounts, driving timely collection of outstanding invoices, maintaining accurate accounts receivable records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive qualified looking to contribute to a energetic and fast-paced setting.

This is an entry level position and full training will be provided; however, you MUST be confident to make collection calls and have appropriate phone manner.



Attention to detail is ESSENTIAL.

Responsibilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and not be afraid to have difficult conversations.
Intermediate competency in Excel, and broader MS Office applications
High attention to detail, well-organised, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team workplace.
This is an IN-OFFICE role only and you must be able to commit to a minimum of 38 hours per week.
