We are searching for a casual duty manager with knowledge in venue operations, gaming, food, beverage, and people management. The role is suited to someone who has a passion for hospitality and can demonstrate how to lead the team and be an integral part of taking it to the next level.

This is a casual position that includes days, nights, public holidays, and weekend work. A healthy work/life balance isencouraged.

The Role
Leading a medium sized team and ensuring they are consistently delivering a quality customer experience




Setting the example for your team and driving a robust positive culture
Maintaining cost controls as well as working with the team on sales-driving initiatives
Overseeing all bar, gaming, event and food service whilst on shift.

Successful candidates will possess:
A robust focus on maintaining and driving service standards whilst increasinggrowth and return visitationto the venue
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a hands-on management style
A customer focus, always aiming to provide exceptional customer service
A solid background in all facets of hotel operations, including gaming, F&B;, functions & cellar areas
The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
