Admin Support – Rocklea

This casual admin support role offers a hands-on introduction to key operations, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. Casual payrate of $36.50p/h

Key responsibilities:
Manage purchase order processing and tracking across multiple locations
Follow up on stock movements and load sheets to ensure data accuracy
Coordinate Chep transfers and update records in real time
Support day-to-day admin operations to keep workflows efficient




Collaborate across teams and sites to resolve issues quickly and smoothly
Complete stock transfers and adjustments as required.

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or FMCG industries.
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Valuable communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple site teams
Hands-on experience with purchase orders and stock movement systems preferred
Availability for a shift Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm and adaptable to multi-site responsibilities
