voco Melbourne Central is seeking a Full Time Guest Service Agent – Reservations in Melbourne's CBD. You’ll work closely with the Reservations Manager to manage bookings, amendments and guest enquiries while supporting the Front Office team for a smooth guest experience.
Ideal candidates have previous hotel Front Office or Reservations experience, solid attention to detail and excellent communication. The role requires flexibility for weekends and public holidays and uses Opera PMS for bookings.
