The Role
We're currently seeking an experienced and driven Registered Architect or Experienced Graduate Architect to join our team in a full-time role.
This is adesign-focused position, with a strong emphasis on developing and resolving high-end residential concepts from early sketch through to documentation and delivery.
You will have the opportunity to:
Contribute meaningfully to thedesign directionof bespoke residential projects
Develop and resolveconcept design outcomesthrough all project stages
Lead and producetown planning and construction documentation
Liaise directly withclients, consultants, and project teams
Work within a collaborative, design-led studio environment
You'll be joining a self-motivated and supportive team within a fast-paced creative office located on Melbourne's city fringe.
About You




We're looking for someone who is bothdesign-driven and technically capable, with experience in high-end residential projects.
Essential:
Minimum5+ years local experiencein high-end residential architecture
Strongconceptual design ability, with the confidence to develop and resolve design ideas
Experience deliveringbespoke, architecturally designed homes(not volume housing)
Advanced proficiency inRevit(design and documentation workflows)
High level ofdigital presentation skills(Adobe Suite preferred)
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
Solid attention to detail and design resolution
Highly Regarded:
Registered Architect (ARBV) or working towards registration
Experience presenting to clients and leading design discussions
Proven ability tocoordinate consultantsacross all stages
Experience managing project timelines and delivering projects efficiently
